Old Greenwood fractional homes boast as much beauty and quality as the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course they sit on. Located just off I-80 in Truckee, CA these three- and four- bedroom homes offer a 1/17th share deeded ownership, flexible use plan and membership to the Tahoe Mountain Club (TMC). All homes are turn-key. HOA dues are paid quarterly and separate from TMC memberships. Owners purchase one week (7 days) per year which is always in the primary home and never needs to be scheduled. Additional use is in the form of Flexible use, Mid Week use and Spontaneous use all of which are based on a highlighted calendar created by the Tahoe Mountain Club. Owners can schedule one of each type of use at a time, as long as, it is in a similarly sized residence. Flexible use can be reserved up to 24 months. Mid-week is Monday through Thursday and Spontaneous is within seven days of arrival.

Tahoe Mountain Club has four varieties of memberships:

Four Season, Pavilion, Summer and Winter.

  • • Playground, water features, lawn area
  • • Discounted golf rates at Old Greenwood and Gray’s Crossing golf courses
  • • Golf clubs for Men and Women
  • • Members only ski valet and storage
  • • Shuttle service between Old Greenwood and Northstar Ski Resort in the winter
  • • Restaurant with bar, lounge and fire pits
  • • Private restaurant on hill at Northstar
  • • Members only events
