The Residence at Northstar is a 1/7th share fractional ownership development of condominiums in the heart of Northstar village. Completed in 2000, owners purchase the deed to either a three- or four-bedroom unit. They are guaranteed four (4) weeks per year, two in winter and two in summer, with additional opportunities to stay based on space available. In winter, they are equipped with a private ski locker. Summer, beach chairs and towels to enjoy your time at the Recreation Center or Tahoe beaches. While renting your unit is not an option, Owners are provided the opportunity to in-house trade or trade their planned weeks with three other resort group affiliations. Pets are also not allowed.
Fees:
- • An annual fee is paid per owner, this includes property management, staffing, supplies, maintenance, window washing, insurance, utilities, trash, recreation center dues, legal/accounting fees, furnishing updates, reserves and property taxes.
- • A daily housekeeping and gratuity fee is charged for each visit based on a stay of one to three and four to seven nights.
