Situated on the Nevada side of the Nevada-California border, Incline Village is known for impressive architecture, luxury living, and fantastic amenities. All residents have access to exclusive, above-and-beyond recreation services provided by IVGID (Incline Village General Improvement District), including ski trails, tennis courts, golf courses, private beaches, and a recreation center.

The slopes of Diamond Peak Ski Resort tower above town, while Mt Rose Ski Resort and backcountry access for skiers, snowboarders, sledders, and snowmobilers is a short drive away. Sand Harbor, one of Tahoe’s most impressive beaches with turquoise water and golden sand, is accessible via car and an enjoyable lakeside bike and walking path. Mountain bikers, trail runners, and hikers revel at the quick access to the iconic Flume Trail.
